2.   Why has Obama proclaimed that he has been fighting alongside ACORN, a radical leftwing organization, his “entire career”?
 
3.   What exactly has been Obama’s experience with ACORN?
 
4.   What was the nature of the “training” Obama provided to ACORN activists in Chicago?
 
5.   What exactly occurred during the “actions” that Obama organized as a community organizer?    Did the “actions” involve intimidation by any of the participants Obama led?
 
6.   Why did ACORN activists humiliate bankers into giving bad loans after Obama trained them?
 
7.   Why did Obama seek ACORN’s endorsement in his state senate race?
 
8.   What, if any, support did ACORN provide Obama in his 2004 Senate race?
 
9.   Why was Obama silent on the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac reform package in 2005?
 
10.  Why did Obama say that sub-prime lending was a “good thing”?
 
11.  Why did Obama support $500 million a year going to ACORN-like organizations in the housing bailout this past summer?
 
12.  Why did the Woods Fund and the Joyce Foundation direct millions to organizations such as ACORN while Obama was serving on the board of those foundations?
 
13.  Why did Madeleine Talbot, one time fiery leader of Chicago ACORN, invite Obama to help train their organizers in the 1990s?
 
14.  Why did Obama attend a fundraiser at George Soros’s home during his 2004 campaign?
 
15.  Why didn’t Obama return campaign contributions from George Soros?
 
16.  Why did Obama vote to raise taxes on people making as little as $42,000 per year?
 
17.  Has Senator Obama or his campaign coordinated with St. Louis law enforcement authorities who are threatening criminal libel charges against critics of Obama who make statements that are found to by law enforcement officials to be “false”?
 
18.  Are the Obama campaign’s “internet action alerts” directing supporters to overwhelm call-in radio show that are critical of Obama consistent with the fair and open campaign the Senator has pledged to run?
 
19.  When did Senator Obama first meet domestic terrorist William Ayers?  Did Obama know Ayres as a student at Columbia in the early 1980s?

Well, I'm afraid it's over.

Erkel (aka BHO) and his wife Amarosa now have complete control of the media and have brainwashed over half the population as if they were Hitler youth. The chanting, songs, videos and mindless obedience to the new messiah is scarey.

With a super-majority in the House and Senate, get ready for a weakened military, universal healthcare, redistribution of wealth, gay marriage, partial-birth abortion, post-birth abortion and reparations.

Hold on to your Dollars (soon to be Amero's ?) as a 'once-great' country now becomes the U.S.S.A. (United Socialist States of America).

“HOME INVASION?” It’s been discussed that Sen. Obama plans to use part of the 700 billion dollar bailout to convert suburban homes recently acquired by the government (due to failed mortgages) to Section 8 low-income houses for inner-city families. Despite stereotypical fears of crime, school deterioration, and plummeting property values, such a relocation program provides greater social equity for poor inner-city families.

Barak Obama--our next leader????

I'm frustrated and disillusioned, and frankly worried. Barak Obama is an
excellent politician but not what I'd consider anything close to being the
ideal leader of the free world. He's a master at preaching from the bully
pulpit of politics and he certainly has charisma...created, groomed, and
propped up by a political machine that is questionable at the very least.
But is what you see a façade?

Every time someone mentions one of Obama's past relationships...Wright,
Ayers, Rezco, or ACORN, the Democrats say these are negative attacks and
aren't germane to the issues. His past is THE core issue that must be
addressed before any others!

The issues our nation faces are critical, now more than ever. But before we
can elect the next leader of the free world, the individual responsible for
our security and prosperity as a nation, you must look at who he or she is.
What qualifies them to hold this sacred trust...to be our leader and
Commander-n-Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States. Before you can
become a leader you must demonstrate the fundamental characteristics of a
leader-Obama does not!

I was entrusted with the honor of leadership when I was in the US Air Force.
I spent 22 years defending our nation as a fighter pilot and developing my
skills as a leader. Of the many traits one must possess as a leader the
very core principle is integrity. Integrity is so important that it is the
number one Core Value that guides the US Air Force.

Integrity is a character trait. It is the willingness to do what is right
even when no one is looking. It is the "moral compass" the inner voice; the
voice of self-control; the basis for the trust imperative for leadership. A
person of integrity is capable of acting on conviction.

According to the US Air Force "Little Blue Book" integrity also covers
several other moral traits indispensable to national service.

* Courage. A person of integrity possesses moral courage and does what
is right even if the personal cost is high. (Standing up for what you
believe)
* Honesty. Honesty is the hallmark of leadership, our word must be our
bond. We don't lie, and we can't justify any deviation.
* Responsibility. No person of integrity is irresponsible; a person of
true integrity acknowledges his or her duties and acts accordingly. (Like
voting on critical issues and not just being "present" or hiding in the
cloak room).
* Accountability. No person of integrity tries to shift the blame to
others or take credit for the work of others; "the buck stops here" says it
best.
* Openness. Professionals of integrity encourage a free flow of
information within the organization. They seek feedback from all directions
to ensure they are fulfilling key responsibilities, and they are never
afraid to allow anyone at any time to examine how they do business.
* Self-respect. To have integrity also is to respect oneself as a
professional and a human being. A person of integrity does not behave in
ways that would bring discredit upon himself or the organization to which he
belongs (or the country).
* Humility. A person of integrity grasps and is sobered by the awesome
task of defending the Constitution of the United States of America.

Like Senator McCain, Admiral James B. Stockdale was a prisoner of war in
Vietnam. This is what he had to say about his ordeal-"In 1965, I was
crippled and I was all alone (in a North Vietnamese prison). I realized
that they had all the power. I couldn't see how I was ever going to get
out with my honor and self-respect. The one thing I came to realize was
that if you don't lose your integrity you can't be had and you can't be
hurt. Compromises multiply and build up when you're working against a
skilled extortionist or manipulator. You can't be had if you don't take
that first shortcut, of "meet them halfway," as they say, or look for that
tacit deal, or make that first compromise."

Integrity, conviction, and competence (judgement) all lead to trust and credibility. In
the military an individual who does not exhibit these traits will never be
chosen to command...to lead. And one that loses the confidence of his
superiors because of a loss of one or more of these traits will be removed
from command. Do we as a nation expect less from our President, our
Commander-and-Chief, than we do from those he will lead...or command? Do we
elect as the leader of our nation an individual that lacks integrity and
credibility?

Barak Obama's past and current associations portray him as an individual
with questionable integrity. I can't believe anyone is foolish enough to
think he sat in a church for 20 years and didn't know the political and
philosophical predilections of his pastor and mentor. As for Bill Ayers,
"condemning his actions" doesn't allow one to associate with a known and
unrepentant terrorist without consequences. It doesn't matter if he was 8
when Ayers committed his crimes. He used that relationship to further and
launch his political career. That reeks of a lack of integrity.

I can go on but when I review the record of our current candidates only one
stands out as adhering to highest standards required to lead in the highest
office in our land-John McCain. To paraphrase John F. Kennedy, "We need
Leadership not salesmanship"

If our country cannot not see through the salesmanship...the façade, then
surely "our chickens will come home to roost."

Here is a copy of the lawsuit filed against Barrack Obama for perjury, forgery and duel citizenship. He is not authorized to be the President of the United States. Have we all just stuck our heads in the sand!!!!!!! Voting polls are already open all over the country and many Americans have already voted for Obama. These votes can not be changed!!!! COMPLAINT FOR DECLARTORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
1. Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution, states in particular part, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been Fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” Furthermore, all Presidents since and including Martin Van Buren were born in the United States subsequent to the
Declaration of Independence.
2. “The general doctrine of our Constitution is, that the executive power of the nation is vested in the President; subject only to the exceptions and qualifications, which are expressed in the instrument.” 7 Works of Alexander Hamilton, J. C. Hamilton ed. (New York: 1851), 76, 80–81 (emphasis in original), U.S. Constitution, Article II (Hamilton and Madison.)
3. Obama is a representative of the Democratic People. However, the Obama must meet the Qualifications specified for the United States Office of the President, which is he must be a “natural born” citizen. Unfortunately, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen. Just to name one of the problems, Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian citizen and relocated herself and Obama to Indonesia wherein Obama’s mother naturalized in Indonesia and Obama followed her naturalization, as he was a minor and in the custody of his mother. Obama failed to take the oath of allegiance when he turned eighteen (18) years to regain his United States Citizenship status.
4. The Democratic National Committee is for Plaintiff and “We the People” who believe in the Democratic Vision. The Democratic National Party is supposed to represent the Democratic Americans in seeking honest leadership, Open Government, Real Security, Energy Independence, Economic Prosperity, Educational Excellence, a Healthcare System that works for Everyone and Retirement Security. The Democratic Party issupposed to represent and protect the interests of working Americans and guaranteeing personal liberties for all. Of which includes securing a Democratic Nominee on the Presidential Election ballot who represents the Democratic vision and who is qualified and eligible to run for Office of the President under the qualifications of the United States Constitution.
5. The actions of Obama, a U.S. Senator, in running for President of the United States, knowing he is not eligible, have been taken entirely without authorization under the United States Constitution, completely ignoring the qualification and procedures created by the United States Constitution he is purporting to enforce.
6. Should Obama become the Nominee of the Democratic Party and then be discovered by virtue of malfeasance, or negligence, on his part not to have revealed material evidence showing him to be Ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and thereby his Nomination be declared void by the appropriate Authorities Acting under the Law, Plaintiff as well as other Democratic Americans will suffer Irreparable Harm including but not limited to:
A) Functional, or Actual, Disenfranchisement of large numbers of Citizens, being members of the Democratic Party, who would have beendeprived of the ability to choose a Nominee of their liking;
B) Irreparable Harm to the structure and integrity of the Democratic Party and the Democratic National Committee. In turn, this too would lead to Disenfranchisement; and
C) A severe and genuine likelihood of Civil Disturbance by virtue of reaction to said Disenfranchisement.



JURISDICTION AND VENUE
7. This case arises under the Constitution and laws of the United States and presents a federal question within this Court’s jurisdiction under Article III of the Constitution and 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
8. This Court has authority to grant declaratory relief pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act, 28 U.S. C. § 2201.
9. Venue is proper in this Court under 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b).
PARTIES
10. Plaintiff, Plaintiff, Philip J. Berg, Esquire [hereinafter “Plaintiff”], is an adult individual with a business address of 555 Andorra Glen Court, Suite 12, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444-2531.
11. Defendant, Barack Hussein Obama, a/k/a Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barry Obama, a/k/a Barack Dunham, a/k/a Barry Dunham [hereinafter “Obama” is an adult individual with an office address of 713 Hatch, Senate Office Building, Washington D.C.
12. Obama, The Democratic National Committee (hereinafter referred to as “DNC”) is a Corporation with a principal address of 430 S. Capitol Street SE, Washington, DC 20003.
13. Defendant, The Federal Election Commission (FEC) was created in 1975 by Congress to administer and enforce the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA). The FEC is a Governmental Agency with a principal address of 999 E Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20463.



FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS
14. Since the beginning of the U.S. Constitution, in order to run for Office of the President, you must be a “natural born citizen” and you may not hold dual citizenship or multiple citizenships with foreign Countries. U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1.
15. There are questions as to where Obama was actually born, in the United States or abroad and then registered his birth. There are further questions regarding Obama’s United States Citizenship, if he ever held such, being expatriated and his failure to regain his citizenship by taking the oath of allegiance once he turned eighteen (18) years of age.
There are additional questions regarding Obama’s multi citizenships with foreign countries, which he still maintains. To date, Obama has refused to prove he is qualified under the U.S. Constitution and his eligibility to run as President of the United States.
16. The facts are undisputed by Obama that his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, was a U.S. Citizen, however, his father, Barack Obama, Sr., was a Citizen of Kenya. Obama’s parents, according to divorce records, were married on or about February 2, 1961.
17. Obama claims he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961; however, has never given the name of the hospital he was born in; whereas Obama’s grandmother on his father’s side, half brother and half sister claim Obama was born in Kenya. Reports reflect Obama’s mother went to Kenya during her pregnancy; however, she was prevented from boarding a flight from Kenya to Hawaii at her late stage of pregnancy, which apparently was a normal restriction to avoid births during a flight. Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama) gave birth to Obama in Kenya, after which she flew to Hawaii and registered Obama’s birth. There are records of a “registry of birth” for Obama, on or about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii.
18. Upon investigation into the birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Honolulu, Hawaii,Obama’s birth is reported as occurring at two (2) separate hospitals, Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital. Wikipedia English Version under the subject “Barack Obama” states Obama was born at Kapiolani Hospital. Wikipedia Italian Version under the subject “Queens Hospital” states Barack Obama was born in Queens Hospital.
19. There are further references circulating on the internet claiming examination of the hospital’s records in Hawaii show no birthing records for Stanley Ann Dunham (Obama), Obama’s mother. However, there are records of a “registry of birth” for Obama, on or about August 8, 1961 in the public records office in Hawaii.
20. Wayne Madsen, Journalist with Online Journal was a contributing writer and published an article on June 9, 2008 stating the GOP sent a research team to Mombasa, Kenya and located a Certificate Registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr. at a Maternity Hospital, to his father, a Kenyan Citizen and his mother, a U.S. Citizen.
21. At the time of Obama’s birth in 1961, Kenya was a British Colony.
22. There is a Canadian Birth Certificate posted on the Internet in the name of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.; however, the date of birth shows to be August 23, 1961.
23. Under the Independence Constitution of Kenya, Obama became a Kenyan citizen on December 12, 1963. Chicago-based Internet journalist, broadcaster and critic Andy Martin states Obama has never renounced his Kenyan citizenship. Andy Martin further states on Obama’s Senate web site, Obama tap dances around his own dual nationality when discussing his father. Obama obviously knows, because his father told the Obama, that he (Obama) also held/holds Kenyan nationality.
24. If in fact Obama was born in Kenya, the laws on the books at the time of his birth stated if a child is born abroad and one parent was a U.S. Citizen, which would have been his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama’s mother would have had to live ten (10) years in the United States, five (5) of which were after the age of fourteen (14). At the time of Obama’s birth, his mother was only eighteen (18) and therefore did not meet the residency requirements under the law to give her son (Obama) U.S. Citizenship. The laws in effect at the time of Obama’s birth prevented U.S. Citizenship at birth of children born abroad to a U.S. Citizen parent and a non-citizen parent, if the citizen parent was under the age of nineteen (19) at the time of the birth of the child. Obama’s mother did not qualify under the law on the books to register Obama as a “natural born” citizen.
Section 301(a)(7) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of June 27, 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 235, 8 U.S.C. §1401(b), Matter of S-F- and G-, 2 I & N Dec. 182 (B.I.A.) approved (Att’y Gen. 1944). Obama would have only been naturalized and a Naturalized citizen is not qualified and/or eligible to run for Office of the President. U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section I, Clause 4.
25. Furthermore, if Obama had been born in Kenya, his birth father Barack Obama, Sr. was a citizen of Kenya; therefore, Obama would have automatically become a citizen of Kenya.
26. In or about 1967, when Obama was approximately six (6) years old, his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and moved to Indonesia with Obama. At this time, if Obama was Registered as a “natural born” citizen, which he did not qualify to be registered as, he would have lost his U.S. Citizenship when his mother married Lolo Soetoro and took up residency in Indonesia. The first requirement is that naturalization must be achieved through “application.”
Such type of naturalization occurs, for example, when a person acquires a foreign nationality by marriage to a national of that country. Nationality Act of 1940, Section 317(b). Additionally, there is rumor circulating on the Internet that his Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, adopted Obama.
27. The Nationality Act of 1940 provided for the loss of citizenship when the person became naturalized upon the naturalization of his or her parent having custody of such person. Obama’s mother expatriated her U.S. Citizenship when she married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and relocated her and her son (Obama) to Indonesia.
28. Obama was enrolled by his parents in a public school, Fransis of Assisi School in Jakarta, Indonesia. Plaintiff has received copies of the school registration where it clearly states Obama’s name as Barry Soetoro and lists his citizenship as Indonesian, Obama’s father is listed as Lolo Soetoro, Obama’s date of birth and place of birth are listed as August 4, 1961 in Honolulu and Obama’s Religion is listed as Islam. This document was verified by television show Inside Edition, whose reporter, Matt Meagher took the actual footage of the school record.
29. In or about 1971, Obama’s mother sent Obama back to Hawaii. Obama was ten (10) years of age upon his return to Hawaii.
30. Sometime after the return of Obama to Hawaii, Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham returned to Hawaii and divorced her husband, Lolo Soetoro. At the time of Divorce, Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham could have regained her U.S. Citizenship. In order to regain her citizenship, Obama’s mother would have had to take the oath of allegiance required. Such oath of allegiance may be taken abroad before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States, or in the United States before the Attorney General or the judge or clerk of a Court. Such Oath of allegiance would have been entered in the records of the appropriate embassy, legation, consulate, court or the Attorney General and upon demand, a certified copy of the proceedings, including a copy of the oath administered, under the seal of the embassy, legation, consulate, court or the Attorney General shall be delivered. The certified copy shall be evidence of the facts stated therein before any court of record or judicial tribunal and in any department or agency of the Government of the United States. 8 U.S.C. §1435.
31. As stated above, The Nationality Act of 1940 provided for the loss of citizenship when the person became naturalized upon the naturalization of his or her parent having custody of such person. Obama’s mother expatriated her U.S. Citizenship when she married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and relocated her and her son (Obama) to Indonesia.
32. Obama’s mother failed to take the oath in order to regain her U.S. Citizenship. Therefore, Obama would not have been able to regain his U.S. Citizenship until he turned eighteen (18) years after he took the oath of allegiance before a diplomatic or consular officer of the United States, or in the U.S. before the Attorney General or the judge or clerk of court. Plaintiff is informed, believes and thereon alleges Obama failed to regain his citizenship by taking the oath of allegiance. Since the oath of allegiance would have been entered in the records of the appropriate embassy, legation, consulate, court or the Attorney General, if Plaintiff is incorrect, then Obama should be able to produce in Court a certified copy of the proceedings, including a copy of the oath administered.
33. Investigation further showed in 1981, Obama traveled to Pakistan using his Indonesian passport. At the time of travels to Indonesia, Obama was twenty (20) years old. He was well aware he maintained his Indonesia citizenship, and failed to regain his United States citizenship. Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship. Had Obama regained his United States citizenship, he would have been traveling on a United States Passport.
34. Obama and his Campaign office have been asked for Obama’s Certificate of Birth in order to prove he is a “natural born” citizen.
35. After many attempts of the public to obtain Obama’s Certificate of Birth, a Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) was placed on Obama’s campaign website. However, as posted all over the internet, three (3) independent Document Forensic Experts performed extensive Forensic testing on the Certificate of Live Birth posted on Obama’s campaign website. The Forensic Expert findings were the Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) was in fact a forgery. It was further discovered that this original Certificate of Live Birth which had been altered and forged was issued to Maya Kasandra Soetoro, born in 1970. Maya Kasandra Soetoro is Obama’s half sister who was born in Indonesia and her birth was later registered in Hawaii. The altered and forged COLB is still on Obama’s website located at:

36. Further investigation led to Obama’s State Bar Registration and Public Disciplinary Record. On the Illinois State Bar Registration and Public Disciplinary Record it specifically asks for “Full former name(s). Obama put “None,” when in fact he went by the name Barry Soetoro, and Barry Obama. It is further believed Obama has used the name Barry Dunham. Obama lied on the State government form that he signed under the penalty of perjury.
37. Even if Obama maintained his United States Citizenship, which he failed to do, he also carries citizenships in Kenya and Indonesia. Obama has divided loyalties with foreign countries. Thus, Obama carries multiple citizenships and is ineligible to run for President of the United States. United States Constitution, Article II, Section I.
38. All the efforts of supporters of legitimate citizens were for nothing because the Obama cheated his way into a fraudulent candidacy and cheated legitimately eligible natural born citizens from competing in a fair process and the supporters of their citizen choice for the nomination.
39. Voters donated money, goods and services to select a nominee, and were defrauded by Obama’s obfuscations. Obama clearly shows consciousness of guilt by his actions by posting a forged birth certificate on his website, and by the falsifications he told to cover his loss of citizenship.
40. Obama proclaims himself a Constitutional scholar and lecturer, but did not learn he had no eligibility to become President except by means of obfuscations and deceptions.
41. The injunctive relief must be granted because failing to do so, this inaction defrauds everyone who voted in the Democratic Primary for a nominee that is a fair representation of the voters. Failure to grant injunctive relief would allow a corrupted, fraudulent nomination process to continue.
42. It not only allows, but promotes an overwhelming degree of disrespect and creates such a lack of confidence in voters of the primary process itself, so that it would cement a prevailing belief that no potential candidate has to obey the laws of this country, respect our election process, follow the Constitution, or even suffer any consequence for lying and defrauding voters to get onto the ballot when they have no chance of serving if they fraudulently manage to get elected.
43. If declaratory and injunctive relief is not given, it would be extremely unfair to the country for candidates of either party to become the nominee when there is any question as to the nominee’s eligibility to serve if elected.
44. As stated above, Plaintiff as well as Democratic American Citizens will suffer Irreparable Harm if Declaratory and Injunctive relief is not granted. Plaintiff does not have any other way of redress regarding these very significant and important issues.
45. The DNC has failed Plaintiff and the Democratic American Citizens by their failure to perform due diligence and inquire into Obama’s eligibility to run for Office of the President.

47. The United States Constitution, Article II, Section I, Clause 4, Qualifications,
Office of President, states:
“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
48. Obama’s failure to maintain his United States Citizenship makes him ineligible to run for Office of the President.
49. Obama, if born in Kenya would have made him a citizen of Kenya. Furthermore, because of the 1940 Naturalization Act, June 1952, Obama’s mother would have had to be nineteen (19) in order for Obama to be a “natural born” United States citizenship upon registration of his birth. Obama’s mother was only eighteen (18) when she birthed Obama and therefore was not old enough to meet the residency requirements under our laws at the time of Obama’s birth and be able to register her son’s birth as a “natural born” citizen.
50. Even if Obama would have been able to be registered as a “natural born” citizen in Hawaii, he lost his citizenship in the United States when his mother married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and then took Obama to Indonesia and set up residency with her new husband.
51. Obama’s mother could have regained her and Obama’s United States Citizenship status when she divorced her husband, Lolo Soetoro and moved back to Hawaii. However, in order to regain her citizenship in the United States she would have had to take the oath of allegiance, which would have been recorded. Obama’s mother never did take the oath of allegiance to regain her citizenship in the United States.
52. Moreover, Obama could have regained his citizenship in the United States when he turned eighteen (18), again by taking the oath of allegiance that would have been recorded. However, Obama failed to do so.
53. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is supposed to represent and protect the interests of working Americans, which includes securing a Democratic Nominee on the Presidential Election ballot who represents the Democratic vision and who is qualified and eligible to run for Office of the President under the qualifications of the United States Constitution. The DNC has failed to inquire into Obama’s eligibility status.
54. For the above aforementioned reasons, Obama needs to immediately supply a certified copy of his oath of allegiance proving he regained his United States Citizenship. In addition, Obama needs to furnish a certified copy of his Certificate of Live Birth to further prove he was born in Hawaii as he claims.
However, if Obama is unable to supply a certified record of his oath of allegiance, he needs to immediately step down and withdrawal his candidacy for President.

COUNT TWO
DUAL CITIZENSHIP
55. Plaintiff hereby incorporates Paragraphs 1 through 54 as if fully set forth herein.
56. From the beginning of our Constitution, our forefathers inferred a person running for Office of the President could not have divided loyalties. This was a result of people coming from England to the United States who owed loyalties to both England and the United States. Our forefather’s did not want a person with dual loyalties to be able to secure the position as President of the United States.
57. This inference is taken from Article II, Section I, which plainly states qualifications for Office of the President must be a “natural born” citizen.
58. The United States President cannot run our Country and have responsibilities and obligations owed to other countries.
59. Obama is not eligible to run for Office of the United States President as his mother failed to regain her citizenship after her divorce to Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, when Obama was a minor and Obama himself failed to regain his United States Citizenship when he turned eighteen (18). Therefore, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen.
60. Furthermore, Obama is well aware he is not a United States Citizen and does not qualify as a “natural born” citizen. Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981, at which time he was twenty (20) years old and used his Indonesian Passport, not a United States Passport.
61. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is supposed to represent and protect the interests of working Americans, which includes securing a Democratic Nominee on the Presidential Election ballot who represents the Democratic vision and who is qualified and eligible to run for Office of the President under the qualifications of the United States Constitution. The DNC has failed to inquire into Obama’s eligibility status.
62. For the above aforementioned reasons, Obama needs to immediately step down and withdrawal his candidacy for Presidency.

FRAUD
63. Plaintiff hereby incorporates Paragraphs 1 through 62 as if fully set forth herein.
64. Obama committed Fraud upon Plaintiff and the American Citizens by running for President claiming to be eligible knowing he was not eligible as a result of his failure to regain his United States Citizenship and by maintaining multi citizenships with Kenya and Indonesia.
65. Obama further committed Fraud upon Plaintiff and the American people by falsifying information on his Illinois State Bar Registration and Public Disciplinary Record. Obama stated on his Application to the State Bar of Illinois, as proven by the Illinois State Bar Registration and Disciplinary Record, stating he never used any other names. Obama signed his application/registration for the Illinois State Bar under the penalty of perjury knowing the information to be false. The fact of the matter is Obama used the name Barry Soetoro in Indonesia and was registered as a citizen of Indonesia on his school records. Obama further used the name Barry Obama and it is further believed Obama used the name Barack and/or Barry Dunham.
66. Obama attempted to defraud Plaintiff and the American people by allowing an altered and forged Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) to be placed on his campaign website. Obama was well aware the Government issued COLB was altered and forged as the original document was in the name of Maya Kasandra Soetoro born in 1970. Maya Kassandra Soetoro Obama’s half sister who was born in Indonesia and her birth was later registered in Hawaii. The altered and forged COLB is still on Obama’s campaign website located at

67. Obama further attempted to defraud Plaintiff and the American People by claiming to be a United States Citizen, knowing this information to be false. Obama is well aware when his mother married Lolo Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia and took up residency in Indonesia with Obama, they both naturalized in Indonesia expatriating their United States Citizenship. Obama’s mother failed to regain her citizenship after her divorce to Lolo Soetoro, when Obama was a minor and Obama himself failed to regain his United States Citizenship by taking the oath of allegiance, which is recorded when he turned eighteen (18) years.
68. Furthermore, Obama is well aware he is not a United States Citizen and does not qualify as a “natural born” citizen. Obama traveled to Pakistan in 1981, at which time he was twenty (20) years old and used his Indonesian Passport, not a United States passport.
69. Moreover, as stated above, Obama was registered in School in Jakarta,
Indonesia as Barry Soetoro, a citizen of Indonesia, born in 1961 in Hawaii and his religion was registered as Islam.
70. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is supposed to represent and protect the interests of working Americans, which includes securing a Democratic Nominee on the Presidential Election ballot who represents the Democratic vision and who is qualified and eligible to run for Office of the President under the qualifications of the United States Constitution. The DNC has failed to inquire into Obama’s eligibility status.
71. For the above aforementioned reasons, Obama needs to immediately step down and withdrawal his candidacy for Presidency.

Here is a email I received from a friend this morning.

"So many things to consider. About six
months ago, I started thinking 'where did the money come from for Obama'. I have four daughters who went to College, and we were middle
class, and money was tight. We (including my girls) worked hard and there were lots of student loans.

I started looking into Obama's life.

Around 1979 Obama started college at Occidental in California . He is very
open about his two years at Occidental, he tried all kinds of drugs and was
wasting his time but, even though he had a brilliant mind, did not apply
himself to his studies. 'Barry' (that was the name he used all his life)
during this time had two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid,
both from Pakistan . During the summer of 1981, after his second year in
college, he made a 'round the world' trip. Stopping to see his mother in
Indonesia , next Hyderabad in India , three weeks in Karachi , Pakistan
where he stayed with his roommate's family, then off to Africa to visit his
father's family. My question - Where did he get the money for this trip?

Neither I, nor any one of my children would have had money
for a trip like this when they where in college.
When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York . It is at this time he
wants everyone to call him Barack - not Barry. Do you know what the tuition is at Columbia ?
It's not cheap! to say the least. Where did he get money for tuition? Student Loans? Maybe. After Columbia , he went to Chicago
to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000. a year. Why Chicago ? Why not New York ? He was already living in New York .

By 'chance' he met Antoin 'Tony' Rezko, born in Aleppo Syria , and a real estate developer in Chicago . Rezko has been convicted of
fraud and bribery this year. Rezko, was named 'Entrepreneur of the Decade' by the
Arab-American Business and Professional Association'. About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School . Do you have any
idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School ? Where did he get the money for Law School ?
More student loans? After Law school, he went back to Chicago . Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down. But, he did take
a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what? They represented 'Rezar' which is
Rezko's firm. Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago .
In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in
providing Obama with 'seed money' for his U.S. Senate race. In 2005, Obama purchased a new home
in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price).

With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he get the money for the property?
On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for
full price. The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born
billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home
was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Now, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett was Michele
Obama's boss. She is now Obama's chief advisor and he does not make any
major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born?
Ready for this? Shiraz , Iran ! Do we see a pattern here?
Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley advisor to Obama was
'sacked' after the press found out he was having regular contacts with
'Hamas', which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran . This past week,
buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during
Obama's visit to Iraq , he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war
until after he is elected, and he will 'Take care of things'.

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in
Pakistan ? They are in charge of all those 'small' Internet campaign
contributions for Obama. Where is that money coming from? The poor and
middle class in this country? Or could it be from the Middle East ?

And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times
posted a verbal slip that was made on 'This Week' with George
Stephanapoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said, 'My Muslim
faith'. When questioned, 'he make a mistake'. Some mistake!

Oh, and about the bailout. You are right, we won't see the MONEY effect for a while, however, we are seeing another effect from it already. you see, many people feel better about the stocks since the bailout and are not running scared...as much...and, because we invested in our stock market, other countries are investing in it too because they feel a little better about it. So, actually, we ARE already feeling an effect from the bailout.

checknbalance2008, thats exactly what I'm saying, Obama may say thigs in a very cool manner, but, he means something much greater. So, like you said socialism is socialism....he can't hide it from all of us. He should have directed that, "If you put lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig" comment towards himself. He can't always cover up the true meaning of what he says with fancy words or a cool tone. How can we possibly let someone like that govern this great country? We can't. Actually, to be honest, I dont think either should become our president. However, I do believe that McCain is the lesser of two evils. I have a Question for you. Why do you believe that Obama would be the best choice? Just because he has a way with words does not mean that he is ready to take on this responsiblility. Oh, and Palin was never actually found guilty. And, the cop who she tried to get removed was making threats against her and her family...could you honestly see someone like that 'protecting' citizens?
You see, everyone is saying, Oh, McCain did this and McCain did that and said this. Well, he has, after all, served 28 years in the senate and 4 in the House of Repsesentatives. What most citizens don't know is that when you are in the senate, you cannot vote the way you, personally, want to vote. You are there to represent your state (each state gets 2 senators). Sometimes, you get to vote the way you want, and sometimes you don't because you have to vote the way your state wants you to. We know McCain and what he stands for. Obama has served 3 years in the senate. We dont know him yet. We don't really know what he truly stands for. He could be leading us on, and how would we even know if he is telling us the truth or not. We don't know him...therefore, we should not give him the power to control the most powerful country in the world. Please answer my qeustions. I will be back on tomorrow afternoon. Goodnight.

Singer, yes we had to 'experiment' with a bailout.(Which I believe was a way to steal the baby boomers 401K, but that's just me.) Nevertheless, if you put lipstick on a pig, it is still a pig. Socialism is socialism. During times of plenty, no one shared the wealth. Why should we share the debt. We will not know if the bailout is going to work for another 5 years or more. Palin was found guilty of abusing her power. She was found guilty of abusing the trust of her office. She was tested and 'found wanting'. She did this as one Alaskan said and I paraphrase " she can not separate her private business from her elected business. She broke her own laws, out of spite. That was a little plain old fashioned 'get back', revenge. That man was a 'Chief of Police'. He deserved better for risking his life for the public, daily. Now do you want to trust her with something infinitely bigger? Not only did she break the law, she encouraged her family and friends to do the same. That was a poor example for the young people in this country. Everybody should be allowed to ignore constitutional subpoenas, if one person can. No American, no senator, no President, no VP is above the law, period.

And tell me it's not working. We only did that to save our economy. What Obama wants to do, is take from people who have money and give it to those who don't do anything. That is true socialism and communism. You obviously dont really study what your candidate stands for and his TRUE values. Read between the lines.
Ok, just think about this. Imagine you are in this position. Hear me out. Ok, you have just graduated high school and you get into a good college or university. You work really hard because you want to have a good life. You work hard and you graduate with your masters or bachellor. You get a great job and you will finally make a great amount of money. Then, all of a sudden, one man decides that because he didnt have what you had, he is going to take away what you have worked so very hard for....what you have put your money, time and effort into...and take it all away from you and give it to those who havnt worked. Singer, I never said he was found guilty, I said he was guilty of blocking regulators. He is an American hero, no argument there. He made a mistake. We all make mistakes. McCain was one of the Keating Five. Keating got 4 years in prison for stealing over 2 Billion dollars of depositors money. All 5 senators, including McCain, were guilty of blocking regulators. I totally agree. You know, Obama is the most Left minded person in the history of this country. He is socialist and communist. How can someone like that become the leader of our country? My family and I don't have a huge amount of money, but I do not believe that the government should take from those that do and give it to people who sit at home and don't work for anything. It doesn't make sense! I wish the media and the McCain campaign would just go ahead and say that he is socialist, because it is true. What he is planning to do is destroy this country and its values. In this Americans view, America is no longer the land of the free, but the land of the unethical Democratic Party under the leadership of Senator Barack Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. What every American should ask themselves, “Why didn’t Senator Barack Obama let the Troopergate Investigation take its independent course without his influence or his 31 hired employees” that Obama sent to Alaska to assist in the Troopergate Investigation. No one believes that these Obama employees did not go to Alaska but solely to peddle Obama’s influence”. Shame of the Alaskan Democratic Party that let themselves be used solely to help their Presidential Candidate. In spite of Obama’s interference into the Troopergate investigation, if the best that a so called independent Alaska ethics employees can come up with as his most damaging finding is as follows:



“Stephen Branchflower, the investigator appointed by Alaska legislators, concluded that the Governor abused her power by conducting a campaign to have her former brother-in-law Mike Wooten fired as a state trooper, or by failing to prevent her husband Todd from doing so. He deemed this an effort to secure "a personal interest" under the Ethics Act, through her position”. It seems Stephen Barnchflower did not read the entire report that cleared Gov. Palin did not play any role in firing of her ex-brother in-law but “only failing to stop her husband from taking an active role in firing an unethical and dangerous police officer. Troopergate is the result of an Obama scam trying to over attention to more important investigations. This is a made up charge and something that every husband in America that loves his family would do in a second if similar situations occurred. Obama again shows that he has no shame in how he pedals his influence with his unlimited budget from donors that no one truly know where his money is coming from.



Why doesn’t a bi-partisan Congress initiate an investigation into the recent Fannie and Freddie bailout that cost taxpayers $700 billion? Also, why haven’t Sen. Obama and the Democratic Congress ethics investigators look at how ACORN was to receive $140 billion of these bailout monies? Finally, why has hasn’t a bi-partisan Congress initiate an investigation into the recent FCC ethics violation into Obama’s $800,000 fee given to ACORN to conduct voter fraud in at least 12 US States? Why hasn’t anyone examined where Obama is truly getting his donations?

I am concerned with voter fraud. This seems to happen every election year.
Why can’t we outlaw organizations like ACORN. If voters want to vote, they can register by themselves. They can go down to the voter registration and register, or if like Georgia, choose to register to vote when getting their driver’s license.
What would it take to ban organizations like ACORN?

If Ayers fought to bring the grant to Chicago as the story says, and he "recruited" Obama to be it's Chairman, is it reasonable to conclude that Ayers would make every effort to vett him quite well before putting him in charge of his $50 million dollar experiment?

Is it reasonable to conclude that Obama would be likely to find out who this $50 million recruiter was all about, before accepting this position?

Is it resonable to conclude that Ayers would exert his newly acquired influence over Obama to steer the funding where he wanted it to go?


Is it then reasonable to conclude that Obama jumped in bed with Ayers with full knowledge of his past dealings?

Is it reasonable to conclude that Obama used this foundation as a stepping stone to further his political career?

Is it reasonable to conclude that Obama made a deal with an admitted terrorist?

Finally, is it reasonable to then conclude that Obama at his core, is nothing more than Bill Ayers "Bag Man"?

My friends I find it reasonable, and I hope the media continues to probe this and vett it the same way they did with McCain and the Keating 5. If they exonorate Obama the way they dis Mccain, then this issue will be put to rest. until then, one can only draweasonable conclusions on the available facts.

As to whether they interacted at Columbia. Obama graduated in 1983. Ayers in 1987 with a Master's. A Master's takes 2-3 years. 4 years on the outside. So there is an outside chance they were at the same school for 1 year. Ayers wa at Teacher's College. Obama was in the Political Science department. So, while possible, it's unlikely. It's also not reported (as opposed to blogged without reference) anywhere. So it's unlikely from that aspect as well.

Wow! The description below of the Alinsky method that Obama learned sounds VERY similar to the method used to foment the Bailout/Rescue. Alos very similar to the "Crisi Management" method taught in the Harvard school of business.

Food for thought....I don't care if you are Republican, Democrat or whatever. I have friends in all political categories that cannot understand what happened to our economy, etc....not everyone, but many, blame President Bush. Please read this and then see if you think it is Bush's fault. Remember that he cannot do all that he wants without the support of our Congress.

George Bush has been in office for 7 1/2 years. The first six the economy was fine.
A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) the unemployment rate was 4.5%.
4) the DOW JONES hit a record high--14,000 +
5) American's were buying new cars,taking cruises, vacations overseas, living large!...

But American's wanted 'CHANGE'! So, in 2006 they voted in a Democratic
Congress and yes--we got 'CHANGE' all right. In the PAST YEAR:
1) Consumer confidence has plummeted;
2) Gasoline is now over $4 a gallon & climbing!;
3) Unemployment is up to 5.5% (a 10% increase);
4) Americans have seen their home equity drop by $12 TRILLION DOLLARS
and prices still dropping;
5) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.
6) as I write, THE DOW is probing another low~~
$2.5 trillion dollars has evaporated from their stocks, bonds &
mutual funds investment portfolios!

Yes, in 2006 America voted for change.....and we sure got it! .....
Remember the President has no control over any of these issues, only Congress.
And what has Congress done in the last two years, absolutely nothing.
Now the democratic candidate for President claims he is going to really give us
change along with a democratic Congress!!!! Just how much more 'change'

tcollins1116, you couldn't be more wrong. I can think of several reasons why Obama will be bad for America. More than any other reason is his support of radical ideals and groups, his relationships with very questionable characters, his most definite left-of-liberal voting record and quite frankly, a guy that sounds just like Pres. Clinton. You do remember that Clinton campaigned on no new taxes and within a few weeks of taking office with Democrats at the helm of Congress, passed a whole bucket of new taxes? It wasn't until Republicans took over Congress and balanced the system that things improved. Because of that, I support McCain to balance out the do nothing Democratic Congress that's been in place for two years. The worst thing that could happen is to give this Congress a Democrat in the White House.

Maybe if Sen. Obama would answer a few questions instead of evading has he does, we would quit hounding him. Why is it so hard to really find anyone who knows him other than those in his campaign? If he is so squeakly clean, then what is he hiding? I'm still trying to figure out how he got from New York to Chicago since he did not know anyone in Chicago when he arrived. Wow. It is scary that I could be sitting next to a fear/hate monger right now, such as all of you, regarding the prospect of Obama becoming President. The fervor with which you all spew your garbage is impressive; with all of the research being done and that has been done, he would have been run out of Dodge if there was anything in his past that would raise the eyebrow of any level-heading American. Oops, I forget--we-re not dealing with any level-headed thinkers here, are we? I can't offer any details in defense of Obama regarding his experience in Chicago, but I do feel real good that he isn't near as liberal as you right-wingers want the rest of us to believe. We saw this type of smear attempt against a far more honorable man than the one in office now during the last campaign. You all should be ashamed of how you lied to keep in office the worst President in this country's history--one who lied to get us into war, and lied to keep us there, with no intention of ever getting us out of there during his occupancy of the White House. From what I've learned she was a top forign policy advisor for Obama in his campaign until she calle Hillary a "monster" and was fired.
She has made references to:
When Obama gets elected he would put her in his cabinet. Their plan would be to pull out of Iraq. Then to stabalize that area, would give money to the Palistinians and join forces to commit "ethnic cleansing of Isreal".

This is very frightening but would almost seem plausable since Obama has gotten campaign money from Muslums and groups that support the hate and killing of Jews.

Let's add one more fundamental question to this list and demand it's verifiable answer:

Is H. Barack Obama a United States citizen? The .jpg image of his birth certificate he posits as genuine is insufficient evidence by anyone's standards and lacks Constitutional defense in the only presented form.

If he was not born a US citizen he cannot run for POTUS; there is serious doubt he is even a naturalized citizen, as well.

We need a Constitutional amendment making it illegal for criminal thugs to run; if we continue to tap dance around truths that will injure us all, we might as well put up a sign saying "US for Sale" to the lowest bidder...

Obama will be a total disaster and, asusming he screws up quickly, the conservatives will have an opportunity to gain seats in the 2010 mid-term elections. But make sure you vote for CONSERVATIVE Reoublicans in the primaries. We don't need more "Democrat-lite" candidates like McCain. A conservative can beat the leftists with sound arguments; liberal Republicans can only offer watered down Democrat programs. That's why they lose. That's why the media preferred McCain to Romney - they knew McCain would run a weak campaign.

Nazi Pelosi wants the "Fairness Doctrine" to make it so expensive for stations to broadcast Limbaugh, Hannity, et al that they will simply be dumped and replaced with elevator music. Anyone who does not believe that is Pelosi's goal is a fool.

But under a "fairness doctine," can we conservatives demand equal time to repond to Katie Couric, Charles Gibson, Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann, etc.? Of course not - that won't be in Pelosi's bill, she'll see to that.

The so-called "Fairness Doctrine" that forces individual media outlets to provide supposedly equal and balanced airing of opposing views, needs to be finally put to rest by the Supreme Court of the U.S. It's name is a LIE; It is being set up to require that each and every radio station provide *FREE OF CHARGE* time for doctrinaire radical leftists to proclaim their view of the world, in response to the PAID SUBSCRIBER-SUPPORTED talk-shows that happen to feature mostly conservative or libertarian hosts.

To actually be "fair" the doctrine should apply strictly only to unpaid opinions broadcast as editorial statements by the managers of a station, whether it is a private station or a PBS station. Currently PBS stations, supported by TAXES, are NOT required to give equal weight or access to points of view in opposition to the political attitudes of PBS managers.
