Last week, Rick and Vince welcomed Alan Levine, Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals, who talked about the revolution of conservative reform in Louisiana headed by Governor Bobby Jindal, whom Newt Gingrich calls “America’s most transformational Governor.”

Rick and Vince were also joined by Frank Macchiarola, Republican Staff Director of the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Frank talked about the prospects for greater domestic oil and gas exploration and the revenue sharing process between the federal government and the states who allow offshore drilling.
