This week, Rick and Vince welcome Anna Trenolone, Director for Foreign Policy and International Women's Issues at the Independent Women's Forum. Anna will address current foreign affairs including the recent NIE report and Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates' recent trip to Iraq.

In commemorating this week's anniversary of Pearl Harbor, Leading the Majority will feature retired Colonel and World War II historian, John Bradley. Col. Bradley is a former prisoner of the Japanese army and developed the first formal advanced course in military history at West Point.

This week, Rick and Vince welcome former U.S. Congressman J.C. Watts about current events and the role of minorities in the GOP. Watts served the fourth district of Oklahoma for eight years on the House Armed Services Committee and is to date the last black Republican to serve in Congress. He is currently a frequent political commentator on many nationally-syndicated political talk shows, including The Tavis Smiley Show, The Situation Room, Hannity and Colmes, and Meet the Press.Watts is chairman of the J.C. Watts Companies.

Then, stay tuned to the GOPAC Leadership in the Spotlight segment, when Rick and Vince will feature Virginia’s Attorney General, Bob McDonnell. Mr. McDonnell will share with Leading the Majority his recent work with the Virginia Sex Offender Registry and the Family Internet Safety program.

This week, Rick and Vince will speak with Dr. William J. Murray, Chairman of the Religious Freedom Coalition.  Dr. Murray is the son of the former famed atheist, Madalyn Murray O'Hair and has been active on issues related to aiding Christians in Islamic and Communist nations. He has a new book, entitled, The Pledge: One Nation Under God .

In the GOPAC Leadership in the Spotlight segment, Leading the Majority welcomes Jessica Colon. Jessica is the Chairman of the National Federation of Young Republicans, the oldest political youth organization in the United States. Rick and Vince will speak with about her recent work nationwide in the 2007 off year elections, and her plans to galvanize young professionals to be active in the 2008 elections.

This week, Vince and guest host, Joe DeSantis will interview California Congressman and 2008 Presidential Candidate, Duncan Hunter (R – 52) about his views on the five great challenges facing America. They will speak with him about his handling of the San Diego fires and his strong stance on national security.

In the GOPAC Leadership in the Spotlight segment, Leading the Majority welcomes Mike Strain. Vince and Joe will speak with him about his recent rise to State Agriculture and Forestry Commissioner in Louisiana after a 28 year long incumbent bowed out of the race.

In the GOPAC Leadership Spotlight is Minority Leader of the Maryland House of Delegates, Tony O’Donnell.  We will talk with him about Maryland’s upcoming special session to raise taxes taking place next week and how these taxes if passed will hurt Maryland families.
