I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND. THIS OBAMA GOVERNMENT PRACTICES SELECTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT(HAZING OF ELECTI0N PLACES) HE CAN'T COMMIT TO MORE TROOPS IN AFGHANISTAN AND CANNOT MAKE A DECISION WITHOUT CHECKING WITH GEORGE SOROS. HE HAS NO BACKBONE. HE HAS BEEN CAUGHT IN SO MANY LIES AND MISLEADING STATEMENTS AND THE PRESS GIVES HIM A FFREE PASS. HE OBVIOUSLY IS MARXIST AND SHOULD NOT BE IN THE WHITEHOUSE. HIS ACORN CONNECTIONS SHOULD IMPEACH HIM ALONE. HE DIDN'T ASK ME TO BAIL OUT ALL THOSE COMPANIES, THAT NOW, HE IS BLACKMAILING. HE GAVE LOANS TO AARP TO GET THEIR BACKINHG AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE WHAT EXACTLY IS REMAINING OF THE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS HE HAS LEFT FROM HIS FIRST BAILOUT. HE IS BACKED BY DEMOCRATIC CROOKS PELOSI,BARNEY FRANK, AND REID I WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO CONGRESS. MY PREDICTION. UPON COMPLETEING HIS FIRST TERM HE PRONOUNCES HIMSELF "PREMIER FOR LIFE" THEN THE FUN REALLY BEGINS. BLACK-WHITE-RED I DON'T CARE WHAT COLOR THIS COMMIE IS HE HAS TO GO. IS THERE ANYTHING IN THE CONSTITUTION ABOUT IMPEACHING THIS TRAITOR,COWARD AND LIAR?

I see I see. I think what Newt means is instead of just being against goverment growth and entitlements, offer private sector solutions. To make goverment more accountable and espically more effiecent. I never really thought about it like that. If you think about though most companies are increibly more efficent than the goverment. Through competion and advances usually the private sector can drive down prices and offer more choices. Of course I could be wrong. However the problem is it easy to offer cheaper flawed health care plan, that would probally drive down quality. I am to tired.

The trouble with all this demand side economics is that there isn't an automatic supply side to their economics. If stag means no growth, supply side economics is no longer a recession. We are heading for a depression and all a government bureaucracy can do is yap loudly.

I have been working hard in my local group
and my writings to say, yes there are problems. Yes there are idiots. Yes there
is entrenched stupidity. But, whining doesn't work. What can we do to make it work. This is a mostly up-hill struggle.

You have provided a platform for making government work for we the people.
You have led the way. It's not easy to get people up to productivity when sniveling
has held sway for so long. Is kvetch a word? I know it's a sound. It sounds like failure. It sounds like a permanent minority.

For all of you who delight in adding one more layer of iteration on the cake-please stop trying to cheer me up-I agree all ready. What are WE going to do about it?

Newt: Thanks for the What and How and I guess Now is the time. You are right on-as usual. Best, Dennis

Newt, Agreed. I scream "Washington is Broke!". I don't want to work to inherit "Washington" - just starve it to death - but the more we cut taxes -the more revenues the government gets. Hummmm. New Problem that Needs a New Solution.

With the apparent McCain victory to carry the Republican standard, many of us who are Conservative have difficulty in focusing on the election in a positive manner. Many, such as Ann Coulter and James Dobson have said they willl not cast a ballot because of his voting record. I side with Laura Ingraham in taking the stance, "What is best for America?" I will vote. After delving into your new book, I more firmly than ever believe America cannot afford the luxury of disinterest in current events. Americans can no longer sit idly by and look at politics with a judgmental eye. We Conservatives must vote and work to influence current events in spite of our dissatisfaction. This is not a drop out election year. It is time to refocus and work harder for the future of America.
