Hallelujah Newt! I am proof positive that going in to business is the route to economic stability. After being employed & learning the property management trade for 4 years , I moved back to my home town and opened a successful Prop. Mgmt. business of my own. I regularly hire Independant Contractors for maintenance and cleaning. Several income properties have been built in the area which would not have been had there not been this business to manage them. By the way- I am a divorced mother of 3, one child disabled- According to the Left- I am entitled to all kinds of social programs- however I think my plan (& Newt's) sets a much finer example for my children.
