I am really really disappointed over Newt's performance here. For all his talk following the "W" eight year debacle, about sticking to core values and not supporting Republicans, including the President, when they are heading down the wrong path he showed us that he is still politics first. By supporting the "republican" candidate in NY over the conservative he demonstrated that he is no different than any other politician... it is party over policy and party over people... Don't care about what's best for the people and the country worry about what's best for my party. Nauseating.
